Prayer is a language that each of us speaks and hears in a different way. When we pray together, we try to find meaning within the chorus of diverse voices. With engaging sermons and stimulating teachings, our Rabbi shows us how ancient texts can speak to us today.
Through a wide range of meaningful spiritual experiences, we offer something for everyone, including a variety of community, family, and tot Shabbat services, special Holiday services, and rich and beautiful celebrations of the High Holy Days. There is also weekly Torah study led by Rabbi Rachel Shabbat mornings throughout the year.
We believe we have found a good balance to suit our diverse congregation. We share in the excitement and beauty of the best that the Reform tradition in Judaism has to offer. Services combine Hebrew and English. We use both traditional and contemporary melodies. People who attend vary from those who come from more traditional backgrounds to Jews by Choice and those who are not Jewish but are connected to our community.
