On June 8, 2024 Temple Etz Chaim Early Childhood and friends celebrated Moses receiving the 10 Commandments with an Ice Cream and Crafts party.

Early Childhood Celebrates Tu B’Shevat
On January 20, 2024 our Tu B’Shevat celebration was held at the Franklin Public Library. We created tissue paper stained glass trees, crafterd bird feeders using bagels donated by Elizabeth’s Bagels, decorated a pot and planted parsley seeds, made dried fruit shish kabobs, and enjoyed a story.

Hanukkah Party
On December 10, 2023, the Early Childhood group joined the Temple Etz Chaim Religious School at The Willows retirement community in Medway for a Hanukkah celebration with the residents.

Early Childhood Celebrates Shavuot
On May 22, 2023 we celebrated Moses receiving the 10 Commandments as we created flower crafts, 10 Commandments origami, a Shavuot coloring book, and the highlight of the afternoon was enjoying our ice cream bar.

Early Childhood Celebrates Tu B’Shevat
On January 28, 2023 19 children and 17 adults enjoyed a Tu B’Shevat celebration at the Franklin Public Library. Thank you Cindy Heilweil, Karen Dauer, Emily Harvey, Lori Beth Towne, Rabbi Alpert for volunteering your time and Caleigh and Timothy from the library for helping make this event a success.

Early Childhood at Barnes and Noble Storytime
On April 2, 2022 story hour highlighted a variety of stories about Passover along with an easy and fun craft for children and parents to enjoy. Barnes and Noble donated a portion of that day’s sales to our temple.

Noah’s Ark Visits the Capron Zoo
On October 21, 2021 our Early Childhood group enjoyed an afternoon at the Capron Zoo as we listened to a story, sang a song and learned a bit about Noah’s Ark. Then we explored the zoo together.
