Yoga with the Sisterhood
Sunday, November 11, 12:45pm – 2:15pm at USMMA, 316 Hartford Ave., Bellingham
Please join fellow sisters for an afternoon of focus and relaxation. This 75 minute session is designed for all ability levels and will include standing, seated, and floor poses. Please plan to bring a yoga mat and small towel, and since you will need to fill out a waiver, please arrive a little early. Our yoga event is being held at the USMMA in Bellingham and has a limited number of slots, so if you are interested in joining us for this 75 minute session, please RSVP by going online.
