The Temple Etz Chaim annual auction is pandemic proof! Our on-line auction runs until May 2, with a Gala live auction finale on Zoom starting at 7:00 p.m. on May 2. There will be a Franklin pick-up for all winning bidders.

The Interfaith Food Security Team has launched Project Envoy, a community driven project designed to support local restaurants who in turn will donate some of their proceeds to The Franklin Food Pantry. Project Envoy launches February 1 and will continue through April 30.
Join us for a night of virtual cooking with cookbook author, Mazi Tobias. She will demonstrate 3 Israeli recipes from her current cookbook. All participants will receive a zoom link and list of ingredients. This event is free and a signed copy of her cookbook will be available to purchase.

Protection. Safety. Strength. Power. Right now we could all use a little more sense of well-being. The Jewish myth of the golem summoned ancient Jewish magic to create protection in difficult times. We are going to explore the golem legend and use our hands to create our own symbols of protection and safety.
Join Isaac and Rabbi Shawna to “make your own golem” out of paper and cut-up comic books, in a 90-minute workshop that includes visual learning about the legend of the golem and a hands-on activity with materials provided. Each registration includes 1 kit and costs $36. Pickup will be on Sunday May 16 from 2:00-3:00 at the Temple parking lot.
